Saturday, Jan. 21, was Carlmont's Winter Formal. It was held at Fox Theater and decorated accordingly to the theme, A Winter's Night. Students danced to songs like "Anti-Hero" by Taylor Swift and "Mic Drop" by BTS. Many also took pictures to remember the memorable night.
Clubs Fair 2021
Clubs, students, and staff gathered in the Quad today to participate in Carlmont's annual Clubs Fair, where clubs promote and recruit new members. Clubs also sold food and drinks, like chicken nuggets and boba to fundraise. With the sun shining and music blasting, Clubs Fair connects students through their passion.
Self-Defense Technique
As the rate of sexual assault increases, it is advocated that people learn self-defense. I made a gallery where each picture represents each step of the wrist grab technique, allowing people to understand and learn how to do it. I created a GIF, so people can visualize what it is supposed to look like when the moves are put together.
